The best way to do homework!

Avez-vous un petit- déjeuner?
August 31, 2019So, this is the official first day… Although we actually arrived yesterday, had dinner nearby and afterwards, we walked to the bridge infront of the hotel to take these lovely photos of the Eiffel Tower and the replica of the Statute of Liberty. It was such perfect day!

River of Knowledge Garden
August 23, 2019Today, I actually stopped and noticed the beautiful result of the additions to the landscape at my university.
This small but well-tended garden-spot right in front of the library, encourage us to stop by and literally “take a step” towards enhancing our awareness ( at least to exert a bit of reflexology ) which I find is a step in the right direction 😛

Ripples
December 14, 2016Ripples
We all go about
Minding our own life,
Mending our own mind,
Chanting our own line.
like tiny ripples
in a pond,
we interact
and get along.
we read
and comment,
“WOW ” & “Aww….”
at others’ thoughts
with love and awe.
so, let us touch
each other’s minds,
like tiny ripples
on a pond,
and feel the closeness
of our thoughts,
dancing slowly,
a cosmic song.

August Reading List
August 2, 2016
I’m starting to read my Children Lit class’ reading list. My first read is Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Bobbit. So far it is intriguing. Suddenly there are so many serendipitous situations in the book that apply to my life. For instance, the fact that the book starts on the first week of August ( and without planning it, I began to read the book yesterday, August 1st , 2016). I’ll keep posting my thoughts about it as I read along. I just find out there is a movie . OK, I’m off to read the book and watch the movie. Have a “Wonderful First Week of August”!
